Khaidi No 150 Movie Review: Megastar Chiranjeevi has remade Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Kaththi movie as Khaidhi No 150. The expectations for this movie is damn high as Megastar Chiranjeevi returns to Telugu cinema as a hero after so many years.
Megastar Chiranjeevi to Telugu cinema is what Rajnikanth to Tamil cinema. So when returning to cinema after so many years an actor like chiranjeevi needs a good story with an experienced director to get the expected output. The main social message of this movie is getting diverted because of over mass and comedy scenes. When we look at the comedy scenes of this movie, there is a comedy in unwanted and serious scenes in this movie. The songs in this movie has been done nice. Kajal has been used less in this movies, she comes in less scenes and only used for songs. The Coin fight scene has taken with over buildup with more stunt men, when we compare to original version the Telugu version has failed to impress. The Climax of the Movie could have been better. It looks like they finished the final portion of the movie in bit of hurry. Some video footages from Ilayathalapathy’s Kaththi have been reused.
When comparing Kaththi and Khadhi definetly Katthi is way ahead. Still we must appreciate the efforts of Megastar for selecting this script and has given his best. For his age he has done very well and Megastar fans in Telugu cinema will enjoy this movie as there lots of Mass fight scenes and good songs.
