Dhruv Vikram is a South Indian Actor. He was born on 23rd Sep’1995 in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. He is a son of a famous South Indian Actor Chiyaan Vikram. He attained popularity by his debut movie ‘Adithya Varma’. He has also directed one short film named “Goodnight Charlie” (2016).

DHRUV VIKRAM FILM CAREER
Dhruv Vikram has made his movie debut in ‘Adithya Varma’ which hit theatres in 2019 with a lot of expectations from a star kid. But he was initially approached by Director Mohan Raja to play a role in his movie M. Kumaran son of Mahalakshmi which was released in 2004 but he did not feature in that film. Later Dhruv Vikram was also approached by Pandiraj to play the role of Anbukkarasu in his movie ‘Pasanga’. His father denied that role because he was not interested to make his kid act in a movie. Dhruv Vikram himself directed a short film “Goodnight Charlie” which was released in the year 2016. His short film has the subject of Child abuse.
Director Bala approached Dhruv Vikram to star in his film titled ‘Varmaa’ which is the remake of the Telugu movie ‘Arjun Reddy’ starred by the lead Vijay Devarkonda. The film Varma was featured Dhruv Vikram as a lead and this was his first movie debut to hit the big screen. The attention and expectations went high on Dhruv Vikram for his debut movie since he is the son of the Versatile actor Vikram. Initially, the movie Varma was set to be released in 2018. Then it was postponed and later it was announced that the movie release has been canceled by the E4 Entertainment company. Director Bala and the production company was unsatisfied with the final output of the movie. So, it was announced to be cancelled. Later the company itself announced to reshot the movie with a different cast and crew. The movie ‘Arjun Reddy’ was directed by Sandeep Vanga in Telugu. It was ready to be remade by Gireesaaya who worked as an assistant for Sandeep Vanga’s Arjun Reddy. Gireesaaya is then decided to remake and make a few changes that suites Tamil Audience.
The movie ‘Adithya Varma was all set to release in 2019. The movie made a huge collection. It has also given Dhruv Vikram a huge fan base. Dhruv acted such fabulous and flawless in his debut movie. He has given his best in his role. Later the movie Varmaa was also released in OTT in the year 2020.
His next project was released on his birthday. He announced to be a feature in Director Karthik subburaj’s movie yet to be titled ‘Chiyaan 60’ as a lead along with his father Chiyaan Vikram. Another project with the director Mari Selvaraj who attained fame through his movie ‘Pariyerum Perumal’.The movie titled was yet to be titled was officially announced on his birthday. That was a huge surprise for his huge fan base. He will continue to entertain and inspire people with his acting.
