Illayathalapthy’s most expected and promising flick “Theri” written and directed by Atlee who gave a perfect Romantic Comedy “Raja Rani”, Music Composed by GV Prakash Kumar and produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu.
The film features Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson, Mahendran (Villain ) in the lead roles, while Prabhu and Raadhika Sarathkumar amongst others form an ensemble cast. Vijay sang two songs in this film.

The first look posters have given us a clue about the storyline and This is probably a movie about three different characters among which one of them is a police officer. Another Vijay is an innocent victim or probably a Villain standing behind the shadows. Could it be a story about the same person with different personalities?
