Vishal threatens RO – RK nagar on election heat.

As Vishal nomination was rejected by the election commision. Vishal again asks for the reason for rejection, The RO(Returning Officer) says that “Vishal threatened me to accept nomination summited by him hence to escape , I partially accepted him ” Vishal says in an anger.Further Vishal supporters are threatened by life – ADMK

Vishal yesterday says that ” This is Disorder made by Democracy to a candidate who approaches the election”.Who is behind this act of Election Commision? , Does ruling party gets head over election commision? Will election happen in RK Nagar?
